These latest works are heavily influenced by the great French art deco master blacksmiths including Paul Kiss, Raymond Subes and Edgar Brandt. They were in turn heavily influenced by cubism, Egyptian, African and even native American themes. The desire to reject classical symmetry resulted in new and exciting works and which has inspired this ironworker nearly a century later.
